Poor service

I currently have an investment with Old Mutual,I sent through my forms on the 12 April 2023 to withdraw the funds,I received email correspondence indicating that it will take 19 business days,till this day I haven't received anything,I wasted R130s worth of airtime calling them,every time I call,they put me on hold for 30 minutes and drop the call.

If u have anything with these people,I would advise that u cancel or withdraw and move on,you will have endless problems with this **** company
