Poor service

I asked them for a copy of contract in June they failed to send had to go online download Ohk took it to where I wanted to submit they said it needed a stamp I asked them for a stamp I was told to go to the branch again no help from I asked to update my surname since it's changed they still failed to do so I asked them to caunsel my policy in June they failed they continued to deduct money from my account
