Poor service by oldmutual

I'm very disappointed at oldmutual'poor service I'll never recommend it to anyone. I've been struggling to get my money for two weeks now I surrendered a policy but the transaction never went through and no one bothered to inform me till I inquired I was told to go back and do it again and that my request will be prioritized but still nothing it's now day 14 of waiting nothing I called in again to inquire I was told it will take normal time to receive my money even though I was promised it will b quick . I demanded to speak to a manager and was put on hold for a long time till my airtime got finished you will never see my money again I hate oldmutual
