POOR SERVICE BY OLD MUTUAL PROTECT!
Old Mutual Protect provides poor service. I have cancelled my policy with them and a refund is due to me, I am still awaiting for the refund! If you phone them they take forever just to answer and then they can't even assist you proper!
Poor service from Old Mutual!!! I am glad I have cancelled my policy with them!

"assure your this matter is receiving our urgent attention" - this is definitely not the case cause I am still waiting for this to be resolved!!!
I will never ever refer any of my family, friends or colleagues to Old Mutual!

Even if you have cancelled your policy with immediate effect they still asking for proof before they willing to refund the money that belongs to you! Theu are benefitting by not refunding all premiums paid during the time you were their client but before they can refund a small amount of money you they still want one more payment.. Wow how *******!
