Poor service by Old Mutual

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with level of service I have received from Old Mutual superfund, I submitted a claim in November last year and was told the claim would be finalized in six weeks, spoke to several people but nothing has happened. Until today I am still waiting for feedback and claim payout from old mutual.
