Poor service
Old mutual has enough clients now, they do not value the new business they are getting. I took up a policy recently and and now I want to make amendments I have been sending emails for a whole week with no response everytime I call my airtime depletes before I can get through to an advisor. Their service is pathetic because I doubt anyone monitors their customer service inbox, and they put it on their website. Maybe the employees are now in the festive fever but that's not an excuse for poor service. I honestly don't know why I signed up with them. When I get hold of them I'm gonna cancel my policy.
