Poor service

I have cancelled the policy with old mutual on May ,so since from they are debit money on my payslip,so I went to the branch several time so they promise me that they will stop deducting after 3 months now it has been 5 months ,they paid m for 3 months for last month and this they did pay me ,I'm still waiting for my money even now pls help m, if does resolve before Friday I will take them to small claims ombudsman
