Poor Service

They service is not user friendly, everytime I need assistance I need to go to the branch but one thing I know I will never ever advise anyone to use this bank .Even now I am canceling my investments with them and nolonger go be getting paid on they account. They expensive bank charges and DON'T have they own ATMS . Anyone considering to use old mutual please please DO NOT GO THERE .
