POOR SERVICE
I had withdrew my investments from Old Mutual on the 16th of May and to date I have not received any payment .I had an emergency and I had indicated the reasons for my withdrawal however it is all in vein. All other FSP that I had invested have paid already but Old Mutual is taking its time. I am not sure about investing with Old Mutual.

23 May 2023, 14:14I contacted you I am being taken from pillar to post holding the line for long and then you tell me "unfortunately there is nothing you can do" . I will never ever take up anything with you guys ,you don't value your customers yet we honor our premiums without fail. I am really disappointed at you.
