Poor Service at Pavillion Branch of Old Mutual

I hereby wish to inform you that I visited the Pavillion branch of Old Mutual in Westville and needed to access cash from my Old Mutual Money Account. They were extremely unhelpful and asked me to go to an ATM in the Durban Central area. I am a 66yr old female and was apprehensive about going into the City, especially since I have been ****** in the past. I sent an email with my inquiry. After a few days, I received an email response to contact the Call Centre. After several attempts, I eventually got through to the Call Centre (Ref: Alex ***6). The Call Centre official was not very helpful as he is situated in Centurian. He referred me back to the Pavillion branch. This is an unnecessary repeat visit and I am not even sure if they will be able to assist me. I am a long-standing client of Old Mutual and do not deserve such tardy service from Old Mutual
