Poor service at Old Mutual

Done a disinvestment on one of our policies in November to assist with having a decent xmas as the family was struck by retrenchment during covid. Guess what... Jan 11th and still waiting on Old Mutual. The pandemic is stressful but Old Mutual takes the cake!!! They very good at taking your money but when having to pay??? it has to be "escalated"..... Seriously???
