Poor service at Old Mutual

I’m so disappointed with the service I got from Old Mutual, from the financial advisor to the staff at the Maponya mall branch. I cancelled the first policy over a year ago and somehow it somehow still get debited off my payslip. The other 2 policies that I cancelled in November are also still being debited and I’m not getting all my money back. I called 2 weeks ago to request proof of cancellation of all the policies and I still haven’t received it. I’m so tired of Old Mutual, I’m even contemplating cancelling the last policy I have with them. The service is just **********
