Poor service at Old Mutual

Very poor service. Some of the consultants especially the female seem angry. Their contact center keeps you hanging for a while. The communication skills lack sorely. The lady who assisted at Greenstone said she cannot help and was looking at her phone. This was after saying that there is no money, in my divestment account.
