Poor service at old mutual

Old mutual service is bad. They lapsed my policy that i have been having for years. On the 13/04/2023 i went to the branch to make arrangements for a debit but old mutual failed to make the debt. I made another arrangement over email for 28/04/2023 but they still did not make the debit. Now my policy is lapsed and they are giving be stress trying to reinstate it. This is really poor service. I am not happy and i feel really inconvenienced by their poor service. Should something happen to me my family won’t be able to claim because of this mess they made. It’s really bad because i have been having this policy for years
