Poor service at lod mutual

My old matual life cover of more than 15 years lapsed, due to 1 month missed premium.And no one from old matual notified me, until it was very late for me to do anything about the matter. To make matter worse, this happened because my financial adviser, was on leave at the time. Surely it cannot be right.
