poor service and useless customer service from Old Mutual

<p>Have been waiting for my online profile issues to be resolved. I have been with Old Mutual for more than 5years and they are failing to allow me to log onto my profile online. When i speak to their CS team, they are useless and i get transfered from one agent to another. </p>
