Poor service and unreliable

If there was a negative star I would put that for such poor service and unreliable company. I have been contributing towards life policy for 20 years and deductions were going through persal every month and all of a sudden they say my policy has lapsed. They shift the blame to my HR and HR said it's impossible that the money was not paid to them. How can they lie like that. I wouldn't advice anyone to take a policy from Old Mutual. So unreliable
