poor service and not helpful

Am a very frustrating and unhappy customer. Canceled RA on 22nd of july as I needed the funds,was told that it will b in within 15 days,waited for 15days and nothing happened,went back and was told 30 days ....30days passed and nothing yet,the branches not helpful and feel that they *********** and not honest,...am canceling all policies from Old Mutual today as I always thought that they were the best..am not happy with Old Mutual at all.. Old Mutual sucks
