POOR SERVICE AND NOT GETTING WITHDRAWAL FUNDS FROM INVESTMENT!!!!!!!!

The worse service I have been receiving in my entire life of trying out a TAX-FREE INVESTMENT PLAN. Been waiting since 26/06/2023 for the claim to be paid when speaking to compliance they advise everything is sorted when talking to new business they send you back to compliance and the agents or service professionals they call themselves and speak in such a rude way. Spoken to Chnatel who claimed she couldn't give her surname, spoke and interrupted me and told me about not being compliant and that the tone she spoke in was just very rude. I have been waiting for a month to get paid out and on the last day of June more money was deducted, which I had to reverse after I have already requested a withdrawal, the idea was to continue again with a new investment but the service such a "BIG NAME" SCHEME is giving and is not only poor its a joke!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING FOR THIS PLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
