Poor service and no interest in their employer company

My Father in law passed away and during this difficult time, we have attempted to contact Old Mutal to, who he has as executor of his estate, for assistance. We have been referred from one to the other, spoke to at least 10 people, one more worthless and clueless than the other. We habe sent emails, tried Whatsapp and no luck. It's been a week and we have not managed to find anyone from Old Mutual who can assist or even refer us to someone who can assist.
