Poor Service and no Accountability

Sent a policy cancellation notice on the 30th October and to date there has been no payout . Further to that the billing I received is a ridiculous amount that's not worth the calls I have made to followup on the payout everyone keeps passing the buck. No one is explaining to me why and how an initial portfolio amount of r2600 translates into a payout of r178.00 . I am not an accountant but such a deviation doesn't seem right. Am frankly fed up of chasing this matter and would appreciate someone more knowledgeable explaining this to me. If you can't be trusted with the small things. . ....how do yu get trusted with the big things. .
