Poor Service and Mis-selling of Multiple Policies

complaint regarding the conduct of consultant, Ms. Mmatumiso Ndumiso Faith Motshelanoka, at the Festival Mall branch, as well as concerns about the mis-selling of multiple funeral policies.

.Unprofessional Conduct: On 7 June 2025, my husband and I visited the branch to seek clarity on his multiple funeral policies(which we believe were sold without proper needs analysis). Upon arrival, Ms. Motshelanoka was engaged in personal calls during working hours and refused to assist us, stating it was "after hours" and she had "knocked off." When we insisted on help (as we were still at her desk during operating hours), she dismissed us, prioritizing her personal time over client service. This behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful, and violates Old Mutual’s service standards.
