Poor service and ****mers of old mutual.

I have made a withdrawal from my investment account on the 1st of July 2024. I was suppose to receive my funds within 15 working days. I went to the brach to enquire about it, they said the money will be in after 15 working days. Called head office and they told me , they are escalating the matter since I havent even received the call for verification, that was Friday. Called them again, still same story of escalating. Old mutual stop ****ming peoples money and please release my funds. I have learned my lesson with the poor service from this company.
