Poor service and customer care. Stinking deplorable attitude
I made a withdrawal from my retirement annuity and notified them to close the fund through their WhatsApp chat. After weeks waiting for response I inquired and I was informed to use another platform if I am closing the fund. All was done and when I made a follow up after waiting for response, I was told to submit other documentation of which I did. That was my last time hearing from them. My emails are not answered.
