Poor Service and Communication.
I have an investment account with old mutual and i need to draw some of funds from my account and old mutual is ignoring my claims, i tried calling them but no one answers my calls, when i email to them all they do is to give me reference number and they do not come back to me . first time i called them they told me it will take 7 working days for them to make payment into my account but is been more than 7 days now since i made a claim via USSD and the money is not into my account. When i check on my Oldmutual App i can see the amount i claimed was deducted but i have not received the cash to the account number i provided I even tried to contact them on Twitter but admin there also ignores my DM. I don't understand what kind of company ignores claims from its clients , i find it really unprofessional. i am even considering to close my investment account with them right now but what guarantee do i have that i will even get my money from Oldmutual? they are operating like fly by night and is so disappointing .

I got an email only now stating that the funds should be in my bank account within 24 hours. i still want to know what caused the delay because the claim was done on the 27 August 2021 and i was told that it will take 7 working days and now there is going to be an extra 3 days before i receive the funds. From my side i provided everything you needed to verify me in time . i want to know the cause of the delay.
