Poor service am expriencing

<p>I launched my claim April 2016 with Old mutual group scheme but till today I have not recieved any feedback, everytime I call they are waiting for feedback from Group scheme. The worst part of Old mutual they are not calling me to advise about the progress of the claim.</p> <p>I`ve lauched serveral complains with their complains department but it seems that department don`t exist.</p>
