Poor Service

I have a funeral policy, My husband paased on 04 october and i went to the branch to claim they ask for some documents and they send me to police station gor police declaration and they told me after 5working days, I went 3 times to one of their branches submitting same documents!!! Even today they stolill asking same documents to my supricing month end of october dame policy deducted their monthly premium and they dont even phone me I keep on sending them emails they dont even bother to respond 💔😭what a PATHETIC service
