Poor service

I went to old mutual vereeniging branch for a funeral/policy claim. I was taken from pillar to post it seems like the staff do not take me serious or they did not want to assist At all. Bear in mind I am suddent by my father's death and being treated like that it is not fair at all. Teach your staff sense of urgency and professionalism.
