POOR SERVICE

Never have I ever come across rudeness and incompetence than I did with a OLD MUTUAL customer CARE consultant by the name of LUNGELA SHOSHA, if that is even her name. She cant even speak properly. Yet you need a matric to work at old mutual. I will be cancelling my policy and moving to a company that has proper customer support agents. To think all I want is to update details. SHAME OLD MUTUAL. THERE ARE MANY MORE RELIABLE PEOPLE OUT THERE.
