Poor service

On the 23 November 2021, I went to Westgate to apply for cashing in on my retirement annuity. I was assisted by a nice lady. 2 weeks later, I went to enquire about the depositing of my funds into my account. I did not register, just asked a gentlemen on the floor. He rudely said to me, I should have checked my documents, as it clearly indicates that it takes 15 days. To my surprise, It's more than 20 days and no funds reflects in my account. I'm disgusted by this service and your staff member at Westgate Branch. I want my funds, as they belong to me.
