Poor Service

I have a savings account with old mutual on Saturday I went to their branch to withdraw my money as I wanted to use it. Only I was told i will get my money in 1 to 5 working days I mean why should I wait for my savings while they even charge me to withdraw it. Can someone get to the bottom of this and assist me
