Poor Service

I would advise everybody against taking a financial product through Old Mutual. They are incapable of responding to customer queries. After resigning from my previous employer, I asked old mutual to transfer my Superfund Pension Funds to a preservation fund. When this was done eventually done, I was confused by how little I have accumulated in my pension fund. For the past week, I have been asking an Old Mutual retention consultant for a breakdown (statement) of my pension fund. I have received absolutely no response from her regarding my request. I cannot understand their poor customer service. I really need help with this request.
