Poor service

On Saturday, 2024-10-05 I made purchases to an amount of R3519,78 using Old Mutual Money Account but I didn't get any rebate invested into my saving account as promised. I need clarity other purchases because i received investment paid into my savings account before and after the above date. I have experienced the above practice in 2021, 2023 and now in 2024. No clarity will one recieve after lodging a claim. The department in charge must check all records of purchases made daily including weekends. I'm wondering if the card will be useful to me in future.
