Poor service

I had a policy with Old Mutual protect never got policy docs , canceled the policy and to my surprise I was debited again , when I called I was told that I must wait fro 30 days another mo ey will reverse. I told the agent that that is bull **** I am not waiting for 30 days for monetization they were not suppose to debit she the said complaints will call me , still no call
