Poor Service

I come here very confused and defeated by this organisation. This year February i had cancelled the contract agreement between me and them, but Old Mutual still deducts my money, Ref No CEB*** this was printed at their branch on the 19th of July. To my surprise they deducted again YESTERDAY 31st July..What more can i do to get my money back and cancel this.
