Poor Service

My husband surrendered his policy with Old Mutual on the 24th of June 2021 when he send in the papers they told him it would take 14 days to may out. After 14 days when he called them they said o we are sorry we forgot to submit the papers. 14 days after that he phoned again and they said we are waiting for SARS we got feedback with the amount to be paid out and they said it would take 5 working days to be paid out but guess what? No payment has been made as yet. Everytime my husband calls they say we will escalate your payment. Very poor service indeed.
