Poor service

Never thought I would experience poor service from Old Mutual. I requested a withdrawal after my investment matured. Its been 3 weeks. Their calls are never answered, emails not responded to and whatapp app is not functional as it reverts you back to emailing. Can some attend to my request urgently Ref no: CEA*** complaint ref no: CCCNM***5
