Poor service

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received both with the Branch at wonderpark and Old Mutual. I went in to the Branch last week for assistance with my refund for my investment which I cancelled ( glad I did) I have missed payments for 2 months. Their then told me that I don’t need to submit anything there will capture it on the system and I will receive payment after five working days. I didn’t even recieve any notification of such but I waited 8 days and still no payment. I then went again today and a lady named Kgopano Phenyo Mokooe was suppose to assist! Her behavior was appalling to say the least! I arrived at her office and she was on her phone. I explained my issue and was treated in a very disgusting manner! I then explained that I could not get excess to my payslip and I gave her my reasons! She then calls her friend who works at the same company I work for to ask her if I’m really telling the truth about payslips! To top that up she says she will call my HR for my documents! I was really disappointed and disgusted!
