Poor service

Old mutual contact centre and agents are unprofessional. There is always noise in the background , you can literally hear the other agents and the poor network. This is frustrating because you end up not getting each other and the call is dropped. I called in to follow up on my funeral cover query.

So frustrated right now.

Please fix this.
