Poor service
Very poor service from Old Mutual; issues unresolved despite many attempts from my financial advisor.

10 Dec 2025, 18:06I requested my money and was promised payment today. Yet when my financial advisor followed up, Old Mutual didn’t bother to respond. This level of service is completely unacceptable and truly a disgrace. No one should save with them otherwise you will get depression.
