Poor Service

<p>I was in an Old Mutual branch today(2017-04-20) at about 11H30 to rectify the name of my benefiniciary and, furthermore, to apply for a premium holiday. I was surprise when I was sent away to fetch my Identity document when I had my drivers licence with me. Since when is the drivers license not a valid form of Identification? I would understand if I were there to make a claim and not just minor transaction. Other institutions have fingerprints systems linked to DHA now where you can be verified with or without an Identity Documents but even before that, they accepted Drivers Licenses as the form of identification. Old Mutual should have my Identity document on their system by now because they have been scanning it for as long as I can remember. That service is poor.</p>
