Poor Service

Old Mutual might be known as an International company,but in South Africa it still act like its still in the middle ages. I do not know if I would take an Insurance or any product with them. I struggle for a long time to obtain funds from a policy that's in my name. Its a policy that's overdue a long time(years). The latest huddle is the postal service from Pretoria,SARS(a letter) to Old Mutual, Cape Town that takes 30 working days.<br> Yet,I thought that in this modern age Large Insurance companies in South Africa would have a direct electronic link to SARS.
