Poor service!!

I am trying to withdraw from my daughter's educational plan, and I am told to send through specimen signature signed off by the commissioner of oath, something that I did less than three months ago. I was told the transaction will take 5-7 working days and that is long past, instead of payout I'm told of signatures. Kindly do away with your delay tactics and get to service clients with the same efficiency when you collect debit orders. I'm disgusted, because I even tried to call your call centre and the lady was so rude and kept interrupting me saying I repeat the same thing while I was trying to understand.
