Poor service

No payment made after claiming and sending numerous emails of the same thing as they kept saying there are outstanding documents which I've been sending.. The staff are also unprofessional.. I regret as one had to incur debts during difficult times... We mourning and at the same time fighting with old mutual.. Useless
