Poor Service

<p>I am so disgusted with the poor service i am recieving from Old Mutual Investment division, so it all started when i opened an investment account, but the financial adviser didn't deliver on his promises and he signed me up for something i wasn't interested in, i guess they only take serious, people who have a lot of money, now i am even struggling to get them to cancel the policy, last week i spoke to a call center lady and she was meant to cancel the policy and send me documents to sign and she never did, then i calleed them again today and the lady who answered the phone tells me the same thing i was told last week, all i want is to cancel the policy and get my money back and i'll look for a better servise elsewhere.</p>
