Poor service

<p>After numerous attempts at emailing to find out the progress of this matter with Sars..<br />I am at a loss for words that I cannot get a reply? An apology? NOTHING!!</p> <p>Do myself and my brother not deserve that much?</p> <p>Such a huge supposed to be reputable company cannot send feedback or contact us?</p>
