poor service

Old mutual life insurance is the worst, have been struggling to add disability cover to my existing life cover and to date nothing has happened. The management team is so useless, they were in a festive mode forgetting that they run a business. Id-***. I am really not impressed and i'm taking my business elsewhere as they don't serve me as a customer. Been struggling since Mid November

Thank you. I've been liaising with Chante Mc Loun and her service is exceptional, however he management is the worst they not making her job easy. She constantly keeps me updated but management sucks
