POOR SERVICE

last year i opened a savings account with old mutual and the lady who is my "financial adviser" is so not taking me serious. I have asked her to send me my financial statement several times and she keeps promising to send it but am getting none. tried calling her, sending her sms and emails but all she does is promise but not deliver. i decided then to open an online profile and do self service. now i want to increase my premium, tried doing it online but there is no option for that, i called their call centre and had to wait almost the whole hour only to be told that i need to talk to the very same "Financial Adviser' who does not take me serious and not willing to help me. with no other choice i called her and she promised to send me forms up until now am still waiting. am so tired of this poor service if now i have to beg for it i rather take my money somewhere else.
