Poor service.

I am disgusted by the lack of incompetency shown by Old mutual at all levels and lack of listing s****s shown by Phumzile Zwane at Midrand branch. The service I needed help with I have been taken from piller to post, at the Midrand branch I was told my pay out will be in 5 working days which I went in twice and have been assured that latest I should receive the funds on Thursday. Which I was told the same thing at the Kempton Park branch. I honestly don't have the energy and the time to be running around as I am 36weeks pragnent. To make things worse the call centre takes 30 minutes before they answer the call only again to be transfer.
