Poor service
Old Mutual is completely useless, customer service does not exist. Investing your money with them is a complete waste of time . I have been trying to withdraw some money from my investment policy for almost a month, been taken from pillar to post, no sense of urgency, managers do not get back to you, I have been holding to speak to a service agent for more than an hour- useless call center. They claim to have sent an email on the 29th of November. If you know what's good for you, PAY BACK MY MONEY AND CANCEL MY POLICY!
